Firmware Management

Pelco Elevate provides several ways to manage camera firmware in the Elevate web app. You can view a camera's firmware version, update firmware and create automatic update schedules for multiple cameras at once.

You can only manage firmware on cameras that are currently online. Check the Status information on the Camera list to see which cameras are online or offline.

Refer to the Firmware Update Schedule list for the following information:

• Schedule name: the name of the schedule.

• Frequency: shows the frequency of the updates.

• Applied cameras: the number of cameras in the schedule.

• Maintenance period: shows the date and time when cameras will update. Cameras will show offline status at this time.
