Initial Set up

You must create an account with Pelco Elevate before you can start connecting cameras.

Creating an Account

You must register for an account with Pelco Elevate before you can connect your Elevate enabled camera to Pelco Elevate.

Follow these steps to create an account:

  1. Navigate to elevate.pelco.com/register.

  2. Enter your information into the following fields:

    • Your name

    • Your email

    • Company Name

    • Country: select country from the drop-down list.

    • Timezone: select your time-zone from the drop-down list.

    • Phone number: select your area code from the drop-down list and enter your phone number.

    • What best describes your role?: select one of the following roles from the drop-down list:

      • Systems Integrator

      • Distributor

      • End Customer

    • Create new password: choose your password.

      Your password must be 12-64 characters long and must contain at least: 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 non-alphanumeric character.

    • Confirm new password: re-enter your new password.

  3. Select the I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy checkbox to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  4. Click Create new account.

  5. Check your email for a verification email.

    The verification email contains a link to verify your email address and complete the registration process. This link will expire in 24 hours.

  6. Click the Verify email address in the verification email to complete the verification. Clicking this link will open a new tab in your web browser.

  7. Enter your email and password.

  8. Click Sign-in.

You will see a confirmation message if the registration is successful.
