Requirements

Review the following requirements before connecting your Elevate enabled camera to Pelco Elevate.

System Requirements

• A Pelco Elevate enabled camera running the minimum firmware version.

  Refer to the section Supported Cameras for a list of Elevate enabled cameras as well as the minimum firmware version required to enable those features.

• An ONVIF-conformant video management system if ONVIF events are required.

Network Requirements

Elevate enabled cameras can communicate securely with Motorola Solutions cloud servers by establishing an outbound connection from the camera to the server.

Cameras require access to the following addresses to maintain a secure connection:

• monitoring-station-pelco-01.s3.amazonaws.com over HTTPS (TCP/443)

• elevate.pelco.com over HTTPS (TCP/443)

• a20tqd8qcxzmvy-ats.iot.us-east-1.amazonaws.com over MQTT (TCP/443)

• elevate-firmware.pelco.com over HTTPS (TCP/443)
