Scheduling Automatic Firmware Updates

Automatic Update Schedules allow you to schedule maintenance windows during which time the cameras will update automatically.

1. Select the + Create schedule button to create a new firmware schedule.

2. Enter a name for the schedule in the Update schedule name field.

3. Select a maintenance day from the maintenance day drop-down menu.

4. Select the start time field to set the beginning of the maintenance window and use the toggles to set a maintenance window start time.

5. Select the end time field to set the end of the maintenance window and use the toggles to set a maintenance window start time.

6. Select which cameras you want to include in the schedule.

7. Check the I understand and agree check box.

   Selecting this check box means that you understand and agree that by configuring automatic updates this will result in the selected camera(s) being offline and unavailable to record or stream video during the update process. Update times will vary depending on network download speed and the camera(s) current available resources. The specified maintenance window is an approximate value and camera(s) may still be in the process of updating outside the end time specified.

8. Click the Save button.
