Subscriptions

You can view and manage your product licenses and subscriptions under Subscription settings. You can also see what licenses are available and how many are being used. You can use a 30 day free trial to test features on the camera.

Here are the subscriptions you can activate on Pelco cameras:

• Image Health (Freemium)

  Get notified for your camera’s image health status via automated reports.

• Premium Image Health (Freemium)

  Advanced settings for your camera health check allows you to setup schedules for Image Health reports.

• ONVIF Events (Freemium)

  Receive ONVIF event notifications.

• Visible Firearm Detection (License required)

  Sends an event if a firearm is detected at the scene.

• Personal Protective Equipment (License required)

  Sends an event when PPE rule violations detected.

Contact your local sales representative or locate a distribution partner near you. You will need to provide your Pelco Elevate Company Id and the Part Number.

Activating and Managing Licenses

1. Click Activate License for each feature license you want to start using.

2. Click the Manage License button to view the following information:

   • Company ID

   • Description

   • Part Number

3. Click the icon to copy the information.

You will need to provide this information when placing an order with a sales representable or third-party distributor or when contacting Pelco Support.
